Returns & Exchanges

At REPRESENT, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and security ribbons still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original REPRESENT packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your proof of postage; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
